We are the team at Manuscripts and Special Collections at the University of Nottingham. We look after the University’s collections of archives and rare printed items.
At our home on Lenton Lane in Nottingham, we have are 3.5 million archive documents and 80,000 rare printed items, spanning 900 years and 6 continents.
Our Reading Room is open everyone by appointment, and there is an enquiry and copying service for people unable to visit in person. We also have an exhibition gallery at Lakeside Arts in Nottingham, and curate two free exhibitions each year.
More information about the collections, exhibitions, and how to see them is available on our website: www.nottingham.ac.uk/mss
